Cities made of fragments: Cities are built through history by the intervention of mul-tipleand diverse actors, resulting in a disjointed set of fragments. It is important to acknowledge that our site is located in an important corridor in Asan.
The spaces in between these fragments are usually the waterways and green cor-ridorswhich are more difficult to build in. These corridors have the critical role of giving coherence to the city as an overall. Helping the city to function better: ecolo-gically, economically, transport and services.
The site project is located in the intersection of two green infrastructures and two civil infrastructures, making accessibility a key issue for the project. The presence of the bridge over the river provides the site the status of a city gate. In addition, there are other localized aspects that atrimportant to consider :
A large scale scaleperspective is crucial to maximize the site role within the largest context of the city.
